If your calendars are not appearing after signing in to WipeAway, one of the following is usually the cause.
This is the most common cause. If you have multiple Google accounts, WipeAway may have signed you into an account that does not own the calendars you are looking for. Check which account is shown in WipeAway, sign out, and sign back in with the correct account.
Calendars you can view but not edit — such as public holiday calendars, or calendars shared with you in read-only mode — appear in WipeAway with a "View only" label. These calendars cannot be cleaned because WipeAway needs edit access to delete events. You need edit (or owner) permission on a calendar to clean it.
Some Google Workspace organisations restrict which third-party applications can access their users' calendars. If your organisation has this restriction in place, WipeAway may not be able to see your calendars until your IT administrator approves WipeAway for your domain. See our IT approval guide for the information your administrator will need.
If you manage calendars that belong to other users in your Google Workspace organisation, you need to be signed in with an account that has been granted edit access to those specific calendars. Super admins can grant themselves access via the Google Admin Console.
Occasionally, the calendar list does not load correctly on the first attempt. Sign out of WipeAway, sign back in, and wait a few seconds for the calendar list to load fully.
Still not showing? Contact us with a description of which calendars you expect to see and which Google account you are using — we'll help you work out what's happening.
