Can I use two Google accounts?

WipeAway Help Centre · 2 min read · Updated July 2026

Yes — WipeAway works with any Google account. You can sign in with whichever Google account owns or has access to the calendars you want to clean.

Using WipeAway with two different accounts

If you need to clean calendars across two different Google accounts, run WipeAway separately for each one:

  1. Sign in with the first Google account, complete the deletion, then sign out
  2. Sign back in with the second Google account and repeat

You do not need to enter your licence key every time — just sign out and sign back in with a different Google account.

One licence = one Google account. Each WipeAway licence is linked to the first Google account used to activate it. If you use a paid licence with a second Google account, you will need a separate licence for that account. Transfer requests are handled case by case — contact us if you need to move your licence.

Switching Google accounts in your browser

If your browser is already signed into multiple Google accounts, make sure the correct one is selected before signing into WipeAway. The easiest way is to open a new incognito / private browsing window, sign into just the Google account you want to use, then open WipeAway from that window.

For organisations with multiple accounts to clean

If you need to clean calendars across many Google accounts (for example, as a Workspace administrator during a migration), our Organisation licence covers this use case. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
