Welcome to Wipe Away for Google Calendar ("the App"). By using our software, you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is operated by Max Alexander Ejogo, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
The App is a web-based application designed to interact with your Google Calendar to securely delete old calendar events in bulk across multiple selected calendars based on a user-defined cut-off date. To use the App, you must grant permission to access your Google account via OAuth authentication.
Deletions are permanent. Events deleted by Wipe Away for Google Calendar cannot be recovered. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any deletion.
All prices are displayed and processed in USD. International customers are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or bank currency conversion fees. Paid licences are securely processed via Stripe.
We offer three tiers of access:
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel your purchase of digital content. However, by logging into the App and executing a calendar cleanup action within 14 days of purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that you have started using the digital content and agree to waive your right to a refund.
Outside of this statutory window, all sales are final. If a critical technical defect prevents the software from functioning as advertised, please contact our support team.
Where a refund is granted at our discretion outside of statutory rights, it will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, as required by UK law.
Your use of the App requires linking a Google account. To protect your privacy, we do not store, sell, or share your Google Calendar data. All data processing occurs directly within the Google environment via Google Apps Script.
We do not read, store, analyse, or share the content of your calendar events. Your calendar data never passes through our servers.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer the software, or use it to disrupt Google Calendar services. We reserve the right to revoke licence access if malicious activity is detected.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim for maximum software stability, we are not legally or financially responsible for any accidental deletion of data, scheduling errors, missed appointments, or lost revenue resulting from the use of the App or Google API service interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, as required by UK law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
