How long does my licence last?

WipeAway licences are 12-month licences, except for the Individual Lifetime option which never expires. There are no automatic renewals or subscriptions.

Licence duration by type

• Individual 1-Year ($9.99) — 12 months from the date of purchase
• Individual Lifetime ($19.99) — permanent access, no expiry
• Small Business ($99) — 12 months from the date of purchase
• Organisation ($500) — 12 months from the date of purchase

When does my licence start?

Your 12-month period starts from the date of purchase — not from the date you first sign in. If you buy a licence today and do not use it for a month, you still have 11 months remaining when you first activate it.

What happens when my licence expires?

When a 12-month licence expires, you will no longer be able to sign in to WipeAway with that key. Your licence key is not deleted — if you purchase a renewal, the key remains the same and access is restored.

If you try to sign in with an expired key, WipeAway will notify you that the licence has expired and prompt you to renew.

How to check when my licence expires

Your licence expiry date is shown in the WipeAway application once you are signed in — look for the licence information in the left sidebar. If you need to check without signing in, contact us with your licence key and we will confirm the expiry date.
