Yes — you can upgrade to a higher licence tier at any time by purchasing the new tier and contacting us to apply the upgrade to your account.
When you upgrade, your remaining licence duration from the original purchase is taken into account. You will not lose time you have already paid for — we handle the transition fairly on a case-by-case basis.

Downgrades (for example, from Organisation to Individual) are not available mid-licence. When your current licence expires, you can simply purchase the tier that suits your needs at that point.
