Does my licence cover multiple Google accounts?

WipeAway Help Centre·2 min read·Updated July 2026

Each WipeAway licence is tied to one Google account — specifically, whichever account you use when you sign in for the very first time after entering your key.

What "one licence, one account" means in practice

  • You can use WipeAway on as many devices as you like, as long as you sign in with the same Google account
  • You cannot share a single licence key between two different Google accounts simultaneously
  • If you want to clean calendars on a second Google account, you need a separate licence for that account

Cleaning calendars from different accounts

If you need to clean calendars across two Google accounts, run WipeAway separately for each one:

  1. Sign in with the first account, complete the deletion, sign out
  2. Sign back in with the second account — you will need a separate licence key for this account

For organisations managing multiple accounts

Our Small Business and Organisation licences are designed for exactly this — covering multiple Google accounts within a team or institution. If you need to clean calendars across a large number of accounts, contact us to discuss the right option for your situation.

Google Workspace admins can often clean multiple users' calendars from a single admin account, without needing a separate licence per user. See our Workspace & IT guides for more detail.
