If WipeAway is showing a blank page or failing to load at all, work through the steps below. The most common causes are cached data, browser extensions, or cookie settings.
A regular refresh (F5) reloads the page but may still use cached files. A hard refresh bypasses the cache entirely:
Open WipeAway in a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari). If it loads correctly in another browser, the issue is specific to your primary browser's settings or extensions.
Ad blockers, script blockers, and privacy extensions can prevent WipeAway from loading correctly. In Chrome: Settings → Extensions → toggle each one off. Reload WipeAway and see if it appears.
WipeAway requires cookies to be enabled for the sign-in and session system to work. If your browser is set to block all cookies, the application may appear blank after sign-in. Enable cookies for wipeaway.app in your browser settings.
Still blank? Contact us with your browser name and version, and a description of what you see — we will investigate.
